Orders
As soon as you order something, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email. Please also check your SPAM folder.
If you have changed your mind, just write us an email and we will find a solution. The order can only be canceled before shipping!
Otherwise, after receiving the goods, you can send them back to us. Further information can be found under Returns.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to reserve the items.

Your item will usually ship the same or next business day. The delivery time is no more than 3 working days within Germany. Within the EU the delivery time is 5-7 working days.
We currently only ship with DHL.
How much are the shipping costs?
As soon as the packages have been delivered to our shipping service provider, we will send you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number by email.
Return
It's a shame that you are not satisfied with your item. Of course, in this case you can send the item back to us.

The goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
The shipping costs are to be borne by you.
Goods can only be returned with our label attached, please do not remove it if you wish to return it.
Returns only in original condition.
When returning shoes, the shoe box must be packed separately, otherwise there will be no return.
Our processing time is usually no more than 3 working days.
Attention: Personal shopping items cannot be exchanged!
The refund is usually made within 2-3 working days after the return has been processed. Depending on the payment method and credit institution, this may be delayed. The repayment will be made using the same payment method.

1. Write to us conveniently via WhatsApp which item you would like to have.
2. Send us pictures, tell us more about the item & your budget.
3. We will inform you as soon as we have found the item you want.
4. Please reply promptly if you want this item.
5. The purchase only takes place after receipt of payment.
6. As soon as we receive the item, you will be notified.
7. Of course, you will receive a shipping confirmation including tracking number by email/Whatsapp when you deliver the package to the shipping service provider.
